B.C. is a curatorial project founded in 2010 with the aim of presenting exciting artwork
in a variety of contexts that encourages discussion on the artist's gesture.
B.C. are not tied down to any one space, thereby giving freedom to use different spaces
for different exhibitions and projects. Through these pop up exhibitions and the release of editioned artwork,

Beach London is an Art Gallery in Shoreditch, London, on Cheshire Street, just off Brick Lane.
Over two floors, Beach has a café serving fresh coffee, snacks and drinks on their ground floor,
and a Fine Art gallery, featuring a revolving series of exhibitions and events, in their basement.
They also stock an awesome range of prints, many of which are available framed, and a range of limited edition
and small-press artists' books, zines and magazines. They're open 7 days a week from 10am - 6ish pm so pop in and hang out.

QUATTRO FORMAGGI

I'm excited to announce QUATTRO FORMAGGI - an experimental magazine project.
Some of my favourite artists from all over the world have joined in to form an artist book of extra ordinary quality.
All contributers were invited to design two doublespreads, with no restrictions but 100% artistic freedom.
The outcome is an incredible collection of boundary-pushing artworks on more than 40 pages.
This issue comes in a limited edition of 250 numbered copies.

COLUMBUS - HUBBLE
Music video finally released!
I've directed the music video for Columbus' brand new single "Hubble".
It's a mix between tropical mysticism, 90s dance videos, cheap 3D animation and a summertime fruit cult.
Hubble is released on Mayolove Music and features remixes by Ajello, In Flagranti and Pyjamas.

Frontpage!
40K-hits, Frontpage posts and Interviews
It has been a while since my last news section update, but a lot of awesome stuff happened in the meantime.
Vimeo and Radar Music Videos both supported my MA project with a post on their frontpage!
My favourite graphic design magazine is going to feature "Lovemachine" on DVD,
accompanied by an interview about my work. It will be released early to mid december
but I'll keep you updated with further details soon.

AMOS - SHOWTIME
Cover artwork for "Amos - Showtime" record sleeve project
I was asked to take part in a record cover art project invented by german-iranian musician and entertainer AMOS.
The record will be released on vinyl with a blank white cover. More than 450 visual artists from Munich, Berlin, Paris,
London, New York, Los Angeles, and all over the world have created individual artworks across all genres.
My mosaic inspired artwork was solely made of pieces I found inside a few of my ghettoblasters.
I used cables, a lot of filters, electrolytic capacitators, a read head of a cd boombox (show) and some LC-Displays (time).
After numerous hours of glueing I painted it with fluorescent red and violet.
The record will be released on 26 August 2010 on Sounds of Subterrania in Hamburg. Check out the newsroom

Months rush by really quickly and it's been a fantastic time since I've finished my final MA project.
The video enjoys great popularity and a lot of positively crazy things have happened since the release.
